What we don’t knowabout ourselves.
The idea
You’ve been watching your closest friends change for four years. You saw the semester that broke them and the one where they came back different. You noticed when they stopped trying to be someone else. You know exactly when they became who they are now.
They saw the same things in you.
Era is a storytelling kit. Everyone in your group writes something short about everyone else. One observation, one photo, a few honest sentences. We print it into a book. You sit down together one evening and go through it out loud, one person at a time. The photos are hidden behind peel-off pages. You reveal them as you go.
We designed this because it almost never happens on its own.

How it works
Three steps.
Then one evening.
Text your group.
Pick your people. Three to seven friends. We handle the rest.
Everyone writes.
One prompt per person. A few honest sentences. One photo. About fifteen minutes.
Order the kit.
A printed book, a short guide for the evening, and everything you need to run it yourselves. Pick any night in the weeks before graduation.

What you get
A book, a guide,
and a reason to be
in the same room.
One printed book with a chapter for each person. Photos behind peel-off pages. A short guide so you know the format. You bring the people, the place, and the evening. That’s it.

How the night works
One book.
One night together.
You pick the night and the place. A living room, a backyard, a hotel room the weekend of graduation. Wherever you’re already going to end up.
One person opens the book and reads the first chapter out loud. You peel back the seal, see the photo, and hear what everyone wrote about that person. Then the next chapter. Then the next. You stop when you’ve been through everyone.
- Group size

- Duration
- Two to three hours, however long you want
- You bring
- Your people, somewhere to reflect

The night you’ll keep talking about
Made before
everyone scatters.
The weeks before graduation are the last time everyone is still close enough to do this. After that you’re in different cities texting about it. This is for before that happens.
